Who is it for?

Profit and Loss Account

• Examine the profit and loss account in-depth.

Balance Sheet

• Study the balance sheet and consider its relationship with the profit and loss account.

Cash Flow

• Understand the different elements of cash flow. Discover how to manage cash and loans.

Costing Decisions

• Examine variable and fixed costs. Study costing structure. Explore product costing.

Introduction to Financial Analysis

• Examine financial analysis and consider how it is used in practice.

Investment Appraisal

• Explore topics such as pay back, discounted cash flow, and sensitivity analysis.

Profit Margin

• Examine the profit margin ratio and understand how it differs in different industries.

Asset Turnover

• Study the concept of asset turnover in-depth.

Return on Capital Employed

• Examine the various elements of Return on Capital Employed.

Assessment

Your assessment will consist of one UK based exam on completion of your course.

• Final Exam: 25 multiple choice questions which must be answered within 1 hour. You need 18 correct answers to pass.
