For this course, you'll need to have at least one year's experience managing the day-to-day issues involved in desktop deployment.

- Deploying desktop operating systems
- Automating and customising deployments by using scripts and answer files
- Deploying applications during and after operating system deployments
- Deploying upgrade packages
- Using Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) tools
- Using Windows Preinstallation Environment (PE)
- Upgrading existing systems
