First Aid

How good are you in an emergency situation? Whether it's at home or at work, having the skills you need to keep a clear head and give assistance can be extremely valuable, and potentially life-saving. This course will guide you through the procedures used in first aid situations, from treating minor injuries and applying dressings to dealing with medical emergencies and delivering CPR. A combination of theory and practice, the course ends with the opportunity to participate in a one-day workshop with the St John's Ambulance Service, where you'll put your learning into practice and be assessed for your nationally-recognised First Aid Certificate.
