Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician

This technical course will equip you to analyse and resolve hardware and software problems in a Windows environment, either in the office or at home. You'll learn to manage the Windows system, and configure software and hardware so as to ensure its efficient running. You'll also learn and become confident in the different ways of providing advice and troubleshooting, including phone advice, remote desktop operation and on-site visits.
